Shipping and Handling

We will Process the products within 48 hours after your payment. The shipment generally is Standard shipping, the shipping time is about 10-15 business days. If you do not receive the goods within the specified time, please contact us or check the logistics status according to the tracking number we provided.

We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Saturday. Orders place before 1 PM EST will be shipped out the next business day. You will be charged and receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. and international orders over $35! For any orders under $35, Standard shipping costs $3.99. Or, if you need your jewelry quicker, we offer Express shipping at $9.99. 

Hawaii/Alaska/International

We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska, however we are unable to offer expedited shipping at this time.
