We offer free shipping on all US orders $150 and over via UPS Ground OR USPS. Orders below $150 will be charged a fee for shipping and handling. UPS 2-Day and UPS Overnight shipping are available for an additional charge. Orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes, APOs and FPOs will ship via USPS and are not eligible for UPS shipping methods.
We process and ship orders from our Los Angeles warehouse Monday through Friday. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email.

SHIPPING TIME 

Our Order will be ready for shipping within 2 days after.

RETURN POLICY

We offer returns within 7 days after the delivery date and free exchanges/store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.
If you receive any damages, defects, and/or incorrect styles, please send all requests within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. We’ll be issuing a refund or replacement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you cancel your order before your jewelry has shipped, we will refund the entire amount.

Orders that are processed for shipment cannot be canceled.

If the order was placed on a weekend or Holiday, the request must be done by the following business day prior to being shipped out.
